I have a problem accessing the website, who do I contact?

If you have any problems using or accessing the site, please check first to make sure that your problem is not caused by a problem with your personal computer or connection to the internet.

If your computer and broadband connection are working okay, please read through the Support FAQs below and you will more than likely find an answer to your query.

We will try to respond to serious faults within a reasonable period of time. We do not have the resources to provide 24/7 support so responses may take longer for trivial issues.
